As CPO and Co-Founder, Clemens is leading the product management and UI/UX departments at PlanRadar. As a Co-Founder of the company, he was instrumental in developing the initial product, alongside Constantin and Domagoj. He has over 15 years of experience in software engineering, user interface design, and product management with a special focus on mobile computing.


Prior to PlanRadar, he co-founded a service-oriented IT company that developed software for the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, he has worked as a freelancer in development and consulting for international clients, successfully bringing over 20 mobile-focused software projects from idea to market.

Our Series B funding will support us as we double down on international expansion and technological development. New offices are set to open in the United States, Australia, GCC, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. We will also boost R&D investment, creating a new tech hub and a dedicated product innovation team to bring sector-defining new technologies to PlanRadar. In total, we will create over 200 new jobs, nearly doubling our global headcount over the coming 12 months.


PlanRadar launched in Vienna with a small and agile team. Founder Domagoj brought the construction expertise and ideas and was joined by co-founders Constantin Köck in development (now our CTO) and Clemens Hammerl in design (now our Chief of Mobile Development).

Sometimes, all you need is a moment of inspiration.

After years of experience as a construction project manager, PlanRadar’s co-founder Domagoj Dolinsek realised that a technology solution could make his job easier. He developed the core idea for PlanRadar. He reached out to established entrepreneurs Ibrahim Imam and Sander van de Rijdt, who provided valuable advice in the early days (now our Co-CEOs).
