Sander van de Rijdt
Co-CEO, Co-Founder
Sander is responsible for the corporate and growth strategy at PlanRadar, and the Finance, HR, Legal and Operations departments report to him.
Prior to PlanRadar, Sander founded five other IT companies with operations in Europe, the U.S., the Middle East and Central Asia and guided them from concepts to growth companies by leveraging his international experience as a business consultant.
Ibrahim Imam
Co-CEO, Co-Founder
Ibrahim leads the group’s corporate and growth strategy as well as the associated go-to-market teams, from Marketing and Business Development to Sales, Channel Management and Customer Success.
Prior to PlanRadar, Ibrahim co-founded five IT companies and leveraged his 20+ years of experience and his network in Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East to drive these companies from idea to implementation, to growth or successful exit.
Constantin Köck
CTO, Co-Founder
Constantin brings over 15 years of experience in software development to his role as Chief Technology Officer at PlanRadar. He leads product development, customer support and oversees data security and the operation of the infrastructure.
Constantin co-founded PlanRadar, responsible for developing the initial product concept with Clemens and Domagoj, drawing on experiences developing leading software products at large enterprises and leading international product development teams. Prior to PlanRadar, he developed web and mobile products for the pharma industry and the public sector.
Clemens Hammerl
CPO, Co-Founder
As CPO and Co-Founder, Clemens is leading the product management and UI/UX departments at PlanRadar. As a Co-Founder of the company, he was instrumental in developing the initial product, alongside Constantin and Domagoj. He has over 15 years of experience in software engineering, user interface design, and product management with a special focus on mobile computing.
Prior to PlanRadar, he co-founded a service-oriented IT company that developed software for the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, he has worked as a freelancer in development and consulting for international clients, successfully bringing over 20 mobile-focused software projects from idea to market.
Domagoj Dolinsek
Founder
Domagoj has more than 10 years of experience in the planning and construction management of large international projects, providing a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements facing PlanRadar’s customers.
His experience laid the foundations for the development of PlanRadar in 2012 with the goal of simplifying project documentation and communication for the construction industry via a ground-breaking cloud-based application. He has maintained his passion for technology and is today working on innovative solutions for major customers to improve efficiency in the construction and real estate business.
Sanna Nojonen

As the Global People Director at PlanRadar, Sanna leads the HR function in a dynamic, global environment, driving strategic initiatives that align with the company’s mission. With over 18 years of experience across various industries, Sanna is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports rapid expansion and fosters a culture of innovation and excellence.
Sanna’s leadership focuses on elevating global talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement to ensure HR practices are aligned across all regions. With more than 8 years of experience as a finance and accounting manager and management consultant, Christian not only ensures financial processes run smoothly, but guides PlanRadar to best practices in all aspects of finance and accounting.
Rudi Pistora
Global Director Sales
Rudi leads PlanRadar’s sales teams across our regions, guiding and supporting country managers and their teams.
Having built the PlanRadar DACH sales team from the ground-up from 2017, Rudi knows PlanRadar’s customers and how to best serve the needs of new markets.
Herwig Sauberer
Global Director Marketing
Herwig leads the marketing teams in our MENA, Central Asia and APAC regions. His teams in Dubai, Sydney, Singapore, and Vienna generate sales leads and increase brand awareness in construction and real estate.
Herwig started in 2018 as part of the PlanRadar team in Vienna and since 2022 he is based in Dubai, helping to develop our new regions. Before PlanRadar, he worked in different areas in B2C and B2B marketing with a focus on online and performance marketing.
Karin Steinacher
Head of HR
Karin leads PlanRadar’s HR team, ensuring the success of both recruitment and internal HR affairs, including training and performance appraisals.
Karin’s 7 years of experience at a range of Austrian companies are enhanced by an MA in Human Resource Management and Employment Law.
Kate Robson

Kate is PlanRadar’s Head of Marketing, leading a diverse team that acquires sales leads and builds brand recognition across all of PlanRadar’s regions and languages.
Prior to PlanRadar, she spent 8 years in Asia leading teams in both B2B and B2C marketing across the region after starting her career in marketing in European B2B organisations.

Before joining PlanRadar, he gained several years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Performance Management & CRM Operations in international B2B business environment.

Amr Sakr
Manager Global Process & Operations
Amr oversees the Lead Management team at PlanRadar, which ensures that all new sales leads are swiftly and accurately processed.
He served a year in the Austrian military service before becoming a paramedic and his earlier experience includes co-founding a travel agency. He joined PlanRadar as an online marketing consultant in 2018, taking on new challenges and increasing his responsibilities as the company grew.

Andreas is Product Manager at PlanRadar, working alongside the CTO and development team to lead the strategic development of our product.
With a doctorate in computer science, Andreas spent time as a lecturer, researcher and consultant before founding and leading his own PropTech start-up. Andreas continues to mentor other start-up founders in Vienna whilst working at PlanRadar.

With a background in IT, administration and restoring artwork, Simon brought his eye for detail to PlanRadar in 2017 as a product support specialist and IT administrator before taking charge of the growing support team.

Christian Schramm
Team Lead Computer Vision
Christian leads the Data Science team, which combines Business Analysis, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning. The team provides insights from the company’s data, as well as driving product development into new and exciting directions.
More than a decade ago, Christian left the field of physics to work as a Data Engineer and Data Scientist in the e-commerce industry. Today he makes sure that PlanRadar stays ahead of the competition by adopting cutting-edge technological advancements.
