Customization Plus: customized ticket templates and ticket fields, customized project fields, customized report templates and integrated company logos on reports. You will also be assigned a specific contact person to support you with customizing your account (fair use policy, max. 2 working hours per license period).
Premium Support: support via email (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central European Time) with a maximum response time of 6 working hours.
Enterprise license (license activation after February 2022): full DMS functionality is included. This includes DMS basic functions as well as approval workflows with multiple steps and reviewers, plan approvals and full version history for files. Microsoft 365 Integration integrated as basic DMS feature*.
Pro license (license activation after February 2022): only DMS basic functionalities and file approval with one reviewer are included. Plan approval, approval workflows and version history for files are not included. We reserve the right to develop further functions exclusively for Enterprise license customers. Microsoft 365 Integration integrated as basic DMS feature*.
* Microsoft 365 integration: the feature will not be available to our Russian data centres (Yandex & Selectel), and all customers hosted there will not be able to use it, as this region is not supported by Microsoft.
Basic and Starter: DMS functionality is not included.
As far as certain license packages already contain minimal DMS functions (e.g. documents can be uploaded to layers and projects in addition to tickets; but no folder structures, favourites, recycle bin, etc.), these remain available within the scope of the existing licenses.
All customers have the possibility to test the full DMS functionality for a time period of 7 working days (consultation with support required; activation in the app possible at a later point in time). After the end of the trial period, the complete DMS functionality will be deactivated and all customer data contained in DMS functionalities that are no longer available to the customer will be deleted, unless the customer upgrades his license package to a Pro or Enterprise license (according to the new pricing) before the trial period ends.
The following fair use policy applies to the DMS: In principle, the storage space made available to each in-house user is unlimited. However, PlanRadar reserves the right to warn the customer in case of improper or abusive use of the DMS, to delete data from the DMS, to introduce storage space restrictions or restrictions regarding the number of storable files and/or to exclude the customer from using the DMS altogether. In particular, an upload/download of videos, images, graphics or other multimedia formats with unnecessarily high resolution and/or without using common compression methods, as well as generally the use for storing illegal content (in particular content that infringes the rights of third parties) is deemed to be improper or abusive use. As far as possible and appropriate, PlanRadar will contact the customer before taking any action in order to jointly remedy the situation.
The customer is solely responsible for the files stored in the DMS. The customer indemnifies PlanRadar against all claims PlanRadar is exposed to due the customer’s storage of illegal or contract-breaching content in the DMS. This obligation also includes, in particular, the indemnification of any legal defence costs (court and attorney’s fees).
Pro and Enterprise license (license activation after February 2022): PlanRadar Connect is included. In order to use PlanRadar Connect, the customer needs to request the activation of PlanRadar Connect via the PlanRadar web app.

The customer confirms that it has read and understood such Embedded Terms and agrees to be bound by such Embedded Terms. PlanRadar assumes no liability with respect to any of the services provided by Workato.
Tasks per month:
PlanRadar Connect includes 1,000 tasks* per account per month. Customers can purchase a higher volume of tasks (subject to technical feasibility). Please contact [email protected] to purchase additional tasks.
Note: if an account exceeds its task limit, all their PlanRadar Connect workflows will stop working.
*A task is counted by Workato for each action executed as part of a recipe.
Customer can purchase the additional Integrations Plus (Standard) or Integrations Plus (Custom) addons:
Integrations Plus (Standard):
Setup of one pre-built workflow (recipe) by PlanRadar.
Includes: Initial implementation and customizations (up to 4 working hours), ongoing support (up to 20 working hours per year), and response to integration support requests within the time as defined in the license agreement.
The customer shall provide PlanRadar with access to all necessary interfaces, systems and environments.
Note that the customized workflow (recipe) and any connections will be deactivated should the PlanRadar Connect Integrations Plus (Standard) add-on be cancelled.
Integrations Plus (Custom) – offered on an individual basis, subject to technical feasibility and individual agreement:
Setup of more than one pre-built workflow (recipe) or any tailored workflow(s) as requested by the customer from PlanRadar.
Includes: consulting and software development services subject to technical feasibility and according to individual agreement. Note that tailored workflow(s) may be provided by PlanRadar or any third-party supplier subject to individual agreement to be concluded. PlanRadar reserves the right to decline any customer-specific request.
The customer shall provide PlanRadar with access to all necessary interfaces, systems and environments.
Note that the customized workflows (recipes) and any connections will be deactivated should the PlanRadar Connect Integrations Plus (Custom) add-on be cancelled.
The following functionalities are included in Pro and Enterprise license activated from February 2022.
QR Codes / NFC Tags
With this functionality, PlanRadar tickets can be linked to QR codes or NFC tags. To be able to link tickets with QR codes or NFC tags and open tickets when QR codes or NFC tags are scanned, you must first activate this function in the app settings on your mobile devices.
When using QR codes, they must be ordered using specific information provided by PlanRadar. Third-party QR codes ordered without this information, cannot be linked to PlanRadar tickets. PlanRadar takes no responsibility for QR codes ordered without the appropriate information. In this regard, please contact [email protected] to obtain the information needed to successfully order QR codes. PlanRadar advises that the ordering of QR codes for the first time can take a few weeks.
Third-party NFC tags should generally be compatible with PlanRadar tickets. Only NDEF (NFC Data Exchange Format) tags are supported. The NFC tag must have a minimum size of 100 Bytes. PlanRadar advises to run a test before ordering a large number of NFC tags. Only an ID number (uuid v4 format) used for referencing is stored in the QR codes or NFC tags, which does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the data contained in the ticket or about the customer.
Calendar View
Calendar View displays all tickets on a calendar, with their title and colour-coded status.
Multilevel Lists
Dropdown fields allow for multiple levels, showing a specific set of list items based on the originally selected option.
SiteView is only available to active customers, which are subscribed to Starter, Pro or Enterprise licenses, which were activated after Feb 2022. It can only be used within one account and can not be shared. SiteView provides full 360° visual documentation of a project site. It can be used for progress documentation, as-built documentation or any visual documentation process required. SiteView contains at least 120 hours of video recording per year. The included video recording hour contingent is available for usage during the annual billing period and any hours remaining unused at the end of this period will expire and the full contingent is available with the new annual billing period. If the included hour contingent has already beed used up before the end of the annual billing period, an additional video recording hour contingent can be purchased during this period. In the following contract year, the increased SiteView package will be billed accordingly.
In order to access SiteView, customers must complete a SiteView onboarding session with a PlanRadar customer success representative.
To use SiteView, customers need a Insta360 X4 camera and may required other hardware. The camera and other hardware is not provided by PlanRadar.
By default SiteView blurs the people visible in the recordings. PlanRadar does not guarantee the complete accuracy of this function.
The customer is solely responsible for videos and files recorded and stored by SiteView. In particular, the customer is responsible for compliance with all data protection regulations and provisions for the protection of personal rights in connection with recordings made and uploaded to PlanRadar. The customer indemnifies PlanRadar against all claims PlanRadar is exposed to due the customer’s recording and storage of unlawful or contract-breaching content in SiteView. This obligation also includes, in particular, the indemnification of any legal defence costs (court and attorney’s fees).
Service Quality and Video Recording Refunds: While PlanRadar strives to provide a high-quality service, PlanRadar does not guarantee perfect accuracy. Any discrepancies or inaccuracies will not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. However, if the customer manually flags a recording as invalid, the video-time used for that recording will be refunded.
Fair Use Policy: The excessive or abusive use of Siteview is not allowed. PlanRadar reserves the right to warn the customer in case of excessive or abusive use. In case of continued excessive or abusive use, PlanRadar reserves the right to charge the customer for the costs incurred by PlanRadar and exclude them from the use of SiteView.
