I used to hate computers, and essentially anything related to software and technology.

What does your typical day at PlanRadar look like?

Lots of CRM, analytics, campaign development, partnership management, but also collaboration with different teams, ad hoc coffees, chats on the terrace, team lunches, and laughs of course.

When would you call a day in your position a successful one?

When we bring PlanRadar benefits together with a partner across the world, and sometimes across the industries, when we learn from each other about the needs of the customers and digitize a whole sector together – that would be a successful day.

What would you tell future candidates?

Be enthusiastic and have initiative. Big ideas start with small steps, take time and require lots of testing. Don’t give up on the first NO, and don’t think that you are alone. We have extremely smart people onboard, but more importantly they are also helpful and approachable. There is NO stupid question, there is only an unasked one. .

Like playing in a sports-team, where everyone knows what needs to be done.

As a translator/interpreter turned into Customer Success Manager, I never thought there would be a connection between both careers, but now I know that it lies in my ability to communicate effectively, multitask, think strategically, be focused and task oriented. And, of course, my belief that there is always room to learn and grow.

When would you call a day in your position a successful one?

Being in a people management and customer facing position, my day is successful when my team is feeling motivated and looking forward to the next one, and when I am bringing value to my customers by providing top notch service.

I started playing music for my team daily, so my nickname now is DJ Lux.

What does your typical day at PlanRadar look like?

I often collaborate with many other departments and teams to create official policies and processes to be implemented for the whole company along with other daily tasks. And in between tasks I love to grab coffee with my team and
crack jokes.

There is no typical day. Every one is different, safe of the cup of tea in the morning and the joined lunch break.

In my job I have the possibility to shape PlanRadars workforce in its own way – my day consists of getting to know amazing people from all over the world and to identify the best talents for the company.
